It has produced the products of GÖZCÜ Brand which is included in Aypik Savunma Sistemleri, as a desing/production with CNC machineries and with its personnel possessing high levels of expertise, in our 650 m² interior complex. By employing our 17 years of defense industry and production experience in this area, it has completed the GÖZCÜ fire detection and extinguishing systems which is a domestic brand and a domestic product, after 30 years of research and development, has presented its product by adopting the relevant industrial necessities. Our brand and our products are registered and are protected by their patents.

By completing all the necessary test during the research and development process which started in the year of 2018, our products, with their engineering and design works, are suitable for safe and light integration. Our corporation and our team will continue producing different designs and high security products in aerosol extinguishing systems. Our goal is, by presenting our products and brand to the global market, to increase our contribution to exportation in this field, as well as the field of defense industry.

GÖZCÜ FIRE TECHNOLOGIES

With its swift intervention performance, aerosol systems are stored in depressurized capsules without harming the environment and human health. It is economical, light and suitable for long term usage without requiring maintenance.

Our Aerosol fire extinguishers, is discussed concerning the extinguishers with halon gas and halon gas extinguishing systems, in regards to their damage to environment and negative user experience. Therefore, aerosol systems are being preferred in the industry with low costs and no maintenance alternatives.

Inside our aerosol capsules, extinguishing dust component is stored as pressed solid blocks inside the container. Extinguisher component created by the interior reaction, is efficiently activated with a metallic interior design. Component block and high corrosion resistant capsules, includes our brand which we have established as a local product.

  • ► With 2 micro-processors able to support each other, by inspecting all the components of the system in 1 second resolution, is able to continuously control the values received from sensors.
  • ► Alert, fault and events are recorded with data logger.
  • ► Is able to operate between the temperatures of -40°C and +85°C.
  • ► Alert, transfers the records of alerts, faults and incidents to Canbus system in real time through Canbus Sae J1939.
  • ► Should the feeding voltage of the power sources feeding the integrated canbus system and in vehicle system drop down to 30%, since the system operation parameter is wide and has a low consumption, system is able to continue its operation in a stable manner.
  • ► Even under the toughest conditions, system is designed to continue its operation thanks to its measurements such as high voltage, ESD, high current, short circuit, high temperature protections.
  • ► With its metal chassis of 1 mm thickness and painted with electrostatic paint, it has a high endurance and visuality.
